Iβve been using express watchmakers for nearly 20 years and Iβve always found them to be exceptionally helpful with all my mechanical watch issues. They have a long waiting list sometimes because they are so good but simple jobs can be done relatively quickly and they change to odd battery as well.

A link had broken in the bracelet of my Rolex watch and the gentlemen who served me repaired it within 24 hours. Thank you very much for a fantastic service.

I went to Express Watch makers this morning after my Seiko watch stopped working.
The gentleman who served me was very pleasant and looked at it straight away .
I was delighted when he came over with it back after 10 minutes working on it and i was delighted.
So I say thank you and shall be recommending him to both friends and relations.

I've been to this shop 3 times in the last 6 months and had excellent service,
they repaired a watch while i waiting on 2 occasions and helped selecting a new strap on the third. I've found the staff professional and courteous.

Took my Tag Heuer watch in for a new battery today 01/10/2016, turns out they broke the crown on it ??? Now i have to wait until i can get into the shop again just to make a complaint as the link to their website doesnt work either!

This shop and watch repair business used to be so good but sadly has declined to the point where it is operating in such a poor way, providing such poor customer service that I will not go near it again. I took a watch in for service and was told that they had a member of staff on hoilday and that it would take about 3-4 weeks. There followed a litany of half truths and misinformation (lies??) and it was eventually eight weeks before I received my watch back after repeated requests. I now find that despite the watch working perfectly beforehand, it now loses time. I will not take it back because I have no desire to wait for weeks/months for its return. I foolishly recommended the business to a work colleague and he has now waited 9 weeks and still does not have his watch. I am embarrassed. I will not go near this shop again. If it is taken over and managed properly it will be out of business by the end of the year.
